A score of 70% or higher is considered a passing grade.

Currently, our most popular courses are:

• Comprehensive Online Package: This give you 12 months access to all individual course titles as an individual user.
• Combination Courses, including: General Lab Combo, Histology Combo, Florida General Lab Combo, Florida Histology Combo, and our Phlebotomy Combos.

No, each course type is different. See the course types below for details.

• SUBSCRIPTIONS: The individual course titles in the Subscriptions are offered as Online Complete formats. Each course will have online reading material and an online quiz. Home Study, textbooks, and shared options are not available with Subscriptions.
• COMBO COURSES: Most Combo Courses are available in multiple course formats; however, some titles may only be available in online formats due to important color images. Combo Course formats are as follows:
  • Online Complete
  • Online Quiz Only
  • Answer Sheet Only
  • Book Only
• INDIVIDUAL: Individual courses are only available as Online Complete formats. Each individual course will have online reading material and an online quiz. Sharing options are no longer available for individual courses.

Only our COMBO COURSES or SUPERVISOR UPGRADE TEXTBOOKS can be shared. Sharing for Individual courses and Subscriptions is not available.

If you're sharing one of our Combo Courses or Supervisor Upgrade Textbooks, one person will purchase the "Online Complete Course" format or "Book Only" and each additional person can purchase an online quiz only or answer sheet only format option. If you're sharing your Combo Course or Supervisor Upgrade Textbook, you MUST share both the reading material AND the quiz questions.

• Book Only:
  • You will ONLY receive a printed Combo book by mail.
  • No CEUs are associated with this type of order, however, most people pair this book with an Online Quiz only OR an Answer Sheet Only.
  • There is a shipping charge associated with this purchase.
  • Tax will be added when shipping to Florida addresses.
• Answer Sheet Only:
  • You will ONLY receive an answer sheet in the mail.
  • You MUST have access to both the reading material and the quiz questions to choose this option.
• Online Complete:
  • You will have immediate access to both the reading material and the quiz online.
  • Reading material is presented either in a PDF or a PowerPoint format, both of which can be printed out one time.
• Online Quiz Only:
  • You will only receive access to the online quiz.
  • You must have access to the reading material choose this option.
• Textbook with Online Quiz:
  • You will receive a Textbook by mail and have access to the online quiz.
  • There is a shipping charge associated with this purchase.
  • Tax will be added when shipping to Florida addresses.

Completing a course online has several benefits, including the following.

• Immediate access to course and quiz material after purchase.
• Immediate feedback on graded quiz.
• Immediate ability to print your certificate after successfully passing your quiz. Certificates may also be printed at any time by clicking on your "Course History".
• Reported the following day to CE Broker.
• Cost $avings! Online courses cost less than Home Study because there is no printing or processing costs.
• Course access available 24 hours per day / 7 days per week / 365 days per year.

Online courses are available immediately after purchase. Click on "My Courses" in your personal menu to access those courses.

Yes, you are welcome to print out one copy of a course to work offline. You may also save the file to your computer or place it on a flash drive for future reference. All PDF and PowerPoint courses are available in a printable format. Some material may be quite long, so we encourage you to print double-sided whenever possible.

As a reminder, Copyright Law only allows you to print one copy of any online course.

Yes, you may print out a copy of the quiz to work offline by clicking on the "Print Copy of Quiz" below the "Take Quiz" link just to the right of the course image.

EXAMPLE:

You may take the quiz as many times as you like until you receive a passing score of 70%. Once you pass the quiz with a 70% or higher, that score becomes final and the quiz cannot be taken again.

Note: This has changed from our old website since we are now automatically reporting to CE Broker (Florida's reporting system) once a quiz is passed.

We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for any item that needs to be mailed.

The information below gives you an estimate for expected delivery times. Keep in mind these time frames can be affected by holidays, weather conditions, etc. If you need a faster turnaround, online formats give immediate access, also allowing you to print out the document in most cases.

MEDIA RATE Media rate is slightly slower than first class mail. Allow up to 10 business days for delivery.

PRIORITY MAIL Priority mail is typically delivered within 2 - 6 business days.

EXPRESS MAIL USPS Express mail is delivered in 1-2 business days. Signature is not required.

NOTE: All Homestudy Combos and Textbooks are shipped from a separate location in the Northeast. Please consider this when choosing a shipping option.

• In stock items are shipped within 3 business days.
• Express Mail packages are shipped the same day when they are ordered prior to 10am EST (M - F), otherwise they are shipped the following business day.
• Estimated delivery times listed in the tables above only apply to addresses within the continental U.S.
• Shipping fees are calculated by weight and delivery location.

No, you will ONLY get the printed book. Printed books are typically paired with an Online Quiz Only or an Answer Sheet only, which are ordered separately.

NOTE: Printed Books that are shipped will NOT have access to online reading material.
