This course reviews the Laws and Rules that govern the Florida Board of Nursing (FBON). It briefly reviews general aspects of the Board, the licensing process, licensure levels, continuing education requirements, and possible licensure penalties and disciplines.

At the completion of this course the reader will be able to:

1. Briefly recall basic information about the Florida Board of Nursing.
2. Recall the Laws that govern the Florida Board of Nursing under the 2019 Florida Statutes, Chapter 464.
3. Recall the Rules that govern the Florida Board of Nursing under the Florida Administrative Code, Division 64B9.
