This course takes a basic look at Stem Cells and their unique properties. It discusses both Embryonic and Adult stem cells; recalling their stages, properties, where they are found, and tests used for identification. You will also review glossary terms such as Pluripotent Stem Cell, among other related terms.

At the completion of this course the reader will be able to:

1. Define a Stem Cell.
2. Recall the properties unique to all Stem Cells
3. Discuss what an Embryonic Stem Cell is; recall their stages, properties, and tests used to identify them.
